We found out today that our Home study is at the State Department of Adoption (the SDA) and they received a date for your dossier submission. It will be February 23. I guess the procedure is first the Home study should be registered with the SDA and then they issue a date for dossier submission. The SDA will review your dossier within 10-20 business days and then they will issue a letter-invitation for you to travel to Ukraine. We could possible by traveling to Ukraine somewhere at the end of March or early April probably.
I can hardly contain myself!
